Returns and cancellations

Please note: perishable items (such as any kit containing sterile media, including MycoFarms) are guaranteed for 28 days from date of despatch (if they have been correctly stored in a cool dark place). If you wish to cancel your order: You can return items to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give a refund or exchange. Goods which are not faulty will be liable for a restocking charge of 20%
